We try to capture the design in its utmost essence, with true-to-reality colors, though sometimes the result is subject to lighting and may appear different on each screen depending on the screen resolution. Each product is unique as it is naturally cultured, which implies that no two pieces can be exact replicas, with a 5-10% margin on changes in weights and dimensions and therefore the overall look. We strive towards putting all our efforts to match it to the specifications provided on the website and do not compromise on quality at any point.

We update our prices if there is a noticeable hike in the prevalent gold rates or other precious materials used in the design. This would be the only reason for the hike you see.

We are an online-only brand and do not have any stores or stockists. We can help you with additional pictures and/or schedule a video call if that helps you understand the product better. You can reach out to us at info@bazilapearls.com with your request, and we will happily assist you.

All the Pearls we use are naturally cultured and responsibly sourced. They may have indentations, inclusions, or other slight imperfections, which are the identity and beauty of naturally occurring pearls. Your order package will include a duly signed product specification & lab certifcicate for all sea, elite and few fresh water pearl products. We stamp all our products and will honor our commitment in case of any manufacturing defects.

No, you don’t need to create an account to place an order. You can checkout as a guest, but we will need you to fill in your email address at checkout and phone number during checkout for communication related to order fulfilment and logistics.

We have laid out a simple and well illustrated size guide here which should help you ascertain your ring size or bracelet size. We would recommend you reach out to us on whatsapp or call if you need any assistance in finding your size, before placing an order.

We would recommend method 1 from the Sizing Guide. The image of a ring neatly placed on a ruler is the clearest way for us to ascertain ring size.

Every ring is made on order and we have a standard procedure that we follow to confirm the ring size which allows us to get an accurate size most of the times. We shall follow the provided measurement for crafting the ring. In case you need a size adjustment, a new piece will have to be crafted and sent to you, an additional token amount shall be applicable.

Refunds

Ouch! That's sad! In the event of any defects or damages, please email us at info@bazilapearls.com within 24 hours of receiving your product along with photographs of the product highlighting the issue. Our team will respond back right away to remedy the situation and a replacement order of the same design shall be placed. We shall then arrange a pickup for the damaged product to be sent to us. It has to be in its original condition and secure packaging.
